Account and data deletion

Last updated :
Effective date : To be set upon final publication

Delete through TugaMeet

Sign in, open “My account”, then “Delete my account”. Read the consequences and enter exactly SUPPRIMER to confirm. Deactivation is immediate and deletion is permanent. Cleanup may be pending: interrupted tasks are retried automatically, without a guaranteed completion deadline.

Profile, interactions and access

Cleanup removes the profile, preferences, photos, credentials, OAuth links, account tokens, Likes, Pass, matches, blocks, interests, reviews, quiz results and associated posts and comments. The account’s moderation decisions are deleted. Sessions are revoked; a technical revocation marker may remain for 8 days.

Messages and other members’ contributions

Messages sent by the deleted account are removed, including image references. Other participants’ messages remain in read-only conversations. Replies dependent on a deleted post or comment may also be deleted. Created events are withdrawn; personal fields in contributed places are cleared while preserving other members’ independent contributions.

Files and deletion limits

Unreferenced personal files are cleaned in the background. Daily feed cleanup removes orphan media older than 24 hours; this does not guarantee erasure at the 24-hour mark. Not all residual reports and audit records are deleted: targeted links and personal fields are removed. Backups, external logs and support emails require a separate retention policy still to be defined.

Google, Microsoft and Facebook

Deletion removes TugaMeet’s provider links, not your accounts with those providers. You can also revoke TugaMeet through their settings. Registering again does not restore the deleted profile or messages.

Without account access

Write to contact@tugameet.com for help or an erasure request. Specify the account email and request without passwords, sign-in codes or unsolicited identity documents. Proportionate verification may be requested. Email requests do not trigger automatic deletion.
