Purpose and free service
TugaMeet facilitates friendship and romantic connections, exchanges and discovery of outings and places. The service is free at launch. These terms offer no Premium subscription or paid sale. Any future paid offering will require separate information and terms.
Access and account
The service is for people aged 18 or over. The declared birth date is checked at registration; this is not civil identity verification. Provide accurate information and an email you control, and use only your own account. A compatible device and connection, and an activated account and profile for member areas, are required.
Account security
Protect your password, email, codes and devices. Google, Microsoft and Facebook sign-ins remain subject to account-linking checks. Enable available protections and sign out of shared devices. Report suspicious access; TugaMeet will not ask for your password in a message.
Connections and exchanges
Suggestions use available information and preferences. Likes, Pass, matches, Olá, reactions and messaging enable the interactions provided by the interface. No meeting outcome or reply is guaranteed. Respect consent and personal boundaries; a match or participation creates no personal obligation.
Events, Spots and third parties
Listings come from external sources or members. Check dates, address, accessibility, prices and availability with the organiser or venue. TugaMeet is not automatically the organiser, seller or guarantor of these services. Official links, directions and sign-in providers may lead to services with their own terms.
Content and technical licence
You retain rights to text and media and must have necessary permissions, including image rights. To operate the features you use, you grant TugaMeet non-exclusive permission to host, technically copy, resize, display or transmit content to the relevant recipients. This transfers no ownership or independent advertising rights. It ends upon removal, subject to technical cleanup and applicable legal obligations.
Prohibited conduct
Deceptive fake profiles, impersonation, spam, abusive advertising, scams, fraudulent financial requests, harassment, hate, discrimination, threats, violence and illegal content are prohibited. Do not share intimate content without consent, others’ data without a right to do so or sexual content involving minors. Do not use events or messaging to bypass refusal, blocks or security.
Reporting, blocking and moderation
Use “Report a problem” or contact@tugameet.com, describing the facts and content without secrets. Blocking is separate from reporting. Automated checks may reject or restrict feed posts and comments and can make mistakes. You may request reconsideration through the contact address. No handling time or continuous monitoring of exchanges is guaranteed.
Suspension and deletion
Rule violations may justify proportionate content removal, restrictions, suspension or exclusion, subject to legal obligations and opportunities to challenge decisions. You can delete your account under “My account” by confirming SUPPRIMER. This is permanent; cleanup and preservation of other members’ messages are explained in the deletion notice.
Availability and liability
Maintenance, incidents and external dependencies can interrupt service. Members remain responsible for their exchanges and meeting decisions. TugaMeet does not guarantee verified identity, meeting safety or accuracy of all contributions. No provision excludes mandatory statutory rights or liabilities.
Data, intellectual property and changes
See privacy and storage notices for data processing. Respect rights to the brand, interface and third-party content. Substantial changes must be communicated as required; displaying these terms is not proof of recorded individual acceptance.
Applicable law and contact
Mandatory applicable rules, including consumer protections where applicable, remain preserved. No exclusive jurisdiction is imposed here. Choice of law and mediation obligations remain for the operator to confirm according to their situation. Questions or challenges: contact@tugameet.com.
