TugaMeetSafety tips
Protect your account and information
Use a unique password and available protections. Never give passwords, codes, your precise address or documents to someone met online. A profile, photo or match does not prove verified identity.
Money and suspicious links
Never send money to someone met through the service. Be wary of fabricated emergencies, investment promises, gift-card requests, sign-in links and pressure to move to another app. Check website addresses before entering information.
Preparing to meet
Choose a busy public place, tell someone you trust where and when, and arrange your own transport. Keep your phone accessible and watch your drinks and belongings. You may end the meeting at any time without explanation.
If something goes wrong
End the exchange and block from the profile if necessary. Send a factual report through Help or contact@tugameet.com, limiting private information. In immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency services. TugaMeet does not replace emergency responders or authorities and cannot guarantee immediate intervention.
